Social Media Work
Social media is all about connecting with an audience whether it’s through entertainment, education, music, or whatever it may be. Here are samples of my personal social work I have done.
A video that’s part of a series where I pitch brand deals for lesser known artists. This drives interaction because the artists wants that brand deal in a world where these deals seem to be the way to make the most money on social media now.
Part of a series of videos where I take recent songs from lesser known artists and pitch music videos with an unlimited budget. This drives interaction because the artists love the ideas, share the video, and then also contact me for other video ideas.
A carousel of photos used to describe an option for a basic album rollout process to potential artists. This allowed for a quick and easy save or bookmark of the TikTok where people can come back to it later and find where they are in the process. It gained a total of 565 bookmarks when uploaded to TikTok.
A video responding to a comment cultivating interaction with people in the comments section. This may influence more people to comment in the future and build a community if they people feel noticed.
I gained an insight that people were manually syncing their music videos which takes time. I then saw a consumer need and made a video tutorial on how to save time while editing by automatically syncing music.
A video using a trending sound and applying it to being a music video director. Trending sounds allow for videos to be “quick hits” and get new eyes on your content but can’t sustain a personality in the long run.
A video showcasing the local music scene in a simple way lets people know where I am for possible future collaborations as well as gives credibility to what I talk about in other videos because I am in the scene.
A series of videos where I look at and analyze why certain brand deals with major artists have worked in the past and what some of their effects on both parties were.
